Second time in two weeks the TV’s in this hotel did not work. And on this stay - while the TV was out the internet also went down. According to guest services these were planned events but the customers aren’t notified of these episodes! Outrageous. With so many people working out of the office these days the internet is no longer a luxury it is a necessity. Very bush league in my opinion. I would think the hotel staff would get tired too at the mass of phone calls they receive each time this happens. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere the services actually work as advertised.

Impeccably well organized, friendly and helpful staff of volunteers. Process is very well designed, with waiting areas and interview areas social distanced and high regard for everyone's safety. You are true heroes - thank you for what you're doing.

I'm glad this place is closing for covid vaccinations. This place is empty workers talking to each other and others watching Youtube in the isolation room. I went in with a scheduled appointment and for some reason, they rescheduled my appointment to make it seem like they did my appointment. The city better check how these places are being run because it's not fair for a person to schedule an appointment and then waste 10 minutes scheduling another appointment

Overall, it was a good time. Kids really wanted to go, and they had a great time. It’s pretty small and you can do it all within 2 hours with no problem. Not sure if they are looking to expand at all for more hands-on things to do.
