17 WEST Apartments Miami Beach

Really good stay. Very large double rooms each with an en suite. Large well appointed kitchen and comfortable lounge.||We were on the fifth floor with direct access to the pool - we also had a small private seating area with gate. Unfortunately a few days before we arrived we were told that the pool would be closed during our stay as it needed a repair. It was too late to find an alternative. ||The apartments are well located - above trader joes and a five minute safe walk to Lincoln Road where there are several restaurants many with vegan options. About $25 for an uber to watch the marlins play baseball and about $50 from the airport. ||There is a National car hire centre about 3 miles away.

Stayed for a number of days in August and had a great time. If driving there be aware there are roadworks on the road where the car park entrance is (to the left of Trader Joes) and the road is fully blocked off - you can only approach the car park from the north side, not the south. Recommend booking a car parking slot with Sonder also- use the qr code they send you at the gate both in and out then head to the 3rd floor and you will see the black Sonder bumper spaces. You can then walk up the stairs/take lifts to get to the apartments floor. Large rooms with high ceilings. All clean and well looked after. In our 2 bedroom apartment we had 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. Decent sized kitchen area too. Some noise from the road but didn't stop us from sleeping. Would re

We had an amazing experience at Sonder by Marriott in South Beach! The location is fantastic—just about 20 minutes from the beach and within easy reach of all the great local restaurants and attractions. The property was spotless, modern, and very well-maintained, all at a great price point that made our stay even better.||The convenience and comfort made this trip so enjoyable, and we’re already looking forward to booking our next stay here. Highly recommend to anyone visiting South Beach!

First time I’ve stayed in your accommodations. The apartment was perfect. It was clean open, not cluttered with other people’s antiques and items like an Airbnb. It was super clean and open. I love the fact it didn’t have Walter to walk carpeting and the conditions were very modern. Kitchen was fabulous just what we needed to survive for a few days for a little extra help. Love the pool on the roof. We headed to ourselves most of the time.The beds were 10. The pillows need improvement. I hate these kind of pillows and I would love the option of getting feather pillows every day. Having a Washer Dryer was a real bonus with a kid. All in all it’s a perfectly wonderful place to stay for a family group or anybody that doesn’t want to pay their ridiculous prices of two hotel rooms that are this

Daughter woke with what appeared to be a cluster of bed bug bites on first morning. Sonder said the bed would be inspected & cleaned asap. NOTHING happened. We waited some more, and were then given another room. Initially, the access code wouldn't work, so we waited some more again. After re-packing, moving unpacking, we ended up in a smaller room with 2 bedrooms rather than the 3 which we had booked and paid for. There was a sofa bed with a mattress ready for the bin, so 1 of us slept on sofa cushions for the remaining 2 nights. No more response from Sonder. Wasted a full day of a 3 night stay and ended up with inadequate accommodation, all because they couldn't manage to clean a bed! Offered $100 refund for all of the wasted time, disruption and staying in a completely unacceptable room!
