Great destination good for any need you may have. Spot to rest or spot to stay awhile minutes away from famous springs. Just north of Gainesville. Clean, polite and friendly atmosphere, 10/10 recommend. Tell them JR sent you.

This RV site is basically a paved parking spot with water/electric hook up. No amenities. No laundry facilities, ice, picnic table or fire pit. Bare minimum. Good location if you want to be close to interstate 10 and 75 intersection. Overpriced

Everything on the website is false. No top notch amenities. Not even a shower/bath house. We arrived and and rv was in our reserved spot. No staff on site as advertised. WIFI doesn't work, this is an over priced parking lot. That offers absolutely nothing for you. You are better off at Cracker Barrel or Loves

It’s quiet, people there are decent. No amenities at all There is no dog park like their website says, promise after promise for amenities and they still haven’t showed up. Owner is more concerned about expanding and adding more spaces than providing what current occupants need. Just to reiterate No Dog park, No Showers, No office, No clubhouse, No Bathrooms. No laundry facilities. NOTHING With your rental you get a gravel spot and a place to throw your trash away. I mean if that works for, they hey this place is great. Otherwise, I’d steer clear.

Although it was a convenient overnight spot for us, we felt the park was not worth the $70 fee. Zero amenities, trashy trailers with junk all around them, loud traffic noise and our Watchdog surge device had an E2 error from the 50 amp power source. We had to use the 30 for the night. Honestly, if it was $40 or so, we would have accepted all the issues but not $70.
