1 Hotel South Beach

The 1 Hotel South Beach is easily one of the top properties on Miami Beach, and overall we had a good stay. I did want to share a few notes that might help future guests and the hotel team as well. We booked three rooms for the week and spent roughly $20,000, so we came in expecting a strong level of concierge support and priority typically associated with that price point. Early on, we had difficulty getting reservations for some of the rooftop venues. When trying to book a table for six at the rooftop lounge, we were told we’d need to wait like everyone else. It wasn’t until we reached out to management that we were finally accommodated. We had an amazing stay at 1 Hotel South Beach. The hotel is beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and filled with incredible amenities that truly elevate the experience. From the pools to the beach access and overall atmosphere, everything felt luxurious yet relaxed.||What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Marco at the front (valet) he was incredibly kind, always helpful, and went out of his way to make sure we felt taken care of throughout our stay. His warmth and attentiveness did not go unnoticed.||We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend 1 Hotel South Beach to anyone looking for an exceptional Miami experience.

My daughter and I were very happy with our first stay at 1 Hotel. I didn’t know what true luxury hotelStay was until now. Luxury from the valet service to the rooftop  restaurant and pool.The room and the room service, front desk and private beach area all get 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.Thanks everyone for your hospitality and services. I had a room with an ocean view. The beach view was lovely.

6STAR Hotel! When you walk in you see hit with this amazing relaxing smell you want to have in your own home. Customer service is top tier and an easy check in service. Room was super clean and very spacious and top of the line personal hygiene products. The grounds are clean and their beach spot is clean and in a perfect spot on the beach. Roof top pool is perfect for chilling out and listening to good beats. Overall I definitely will be coming back!

I had an incredible stay at the One Hotel! The room service was truly exceptional they made sure we had everything we needed from top to bottom. A huge shoutout to Andres, Lovensky, and Matt—they were all so helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Their friendliness and professionalism really stood out. I can’t recommend One Hotel enough for anyone looking for an amazing experience!
