Great location! The Virgin River flows through the campground. Everything is new. You are within easy biking distance to at least one really amazing restaurant and a cool little zoo and ice cream parlor. The store is huge for a campground store. If you are heading into or out of Zion and need to stock up on snack or drinks and don’t need fuel, I would stop at the store even if you are not camping here. It’s super clean! The pools and hot tub were really clean too but there was nowhere to hang towels in the bathrooms. The spots mostly have full hookups. There are only 4 tent sites in the back. Hopefully they are going to put in more near the river. We tent camped on an RV spot. If you are going to do this I recommend some old or picnic blankets to put down over the gravel Redb

This place was great to stay at. It was nice and new, new facilities, hot tub and all! The location was an easy drive to Zion South Entrance. The staff were friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable and slept so well. I would stay here again.

Definitely would stay again. Great location, beautiful views, and great amenities. Store is open 7am-11pm which makes it convenient for late trips or last minute items. Trees are still too young to offer shade in the hot summer months but perfect for fall, winter, or spring camping. Sites also have furniture to make setting up a breeze.

We just wrapped up a full week at the brand-new Zion National Park KOA, and overall, we had a great stay! Like any brand-new campground, there were a few growing pains in the beginning—but to their credit, they really pulled it together by the end of the week. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Sarah, who was an absolute gem. She patiently answered our (many!) questions and truly made us feel welcome and taken care of. The location is unbeatable—right outside the entrance to Zion and nestled along the Virgin River with easy river access. Everything is brand new, shiny, and well-designed. The showers were spacious and spotless (though the seven-minute timer was a bit of a challenge for us long-shower types). The campground is dog-friendly, and our pups were happy camper

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at the Zion KOA. It’s a newer facility with beautiful accommodations and the staff were top notch. Also check out the Zion NP shirts they have in the store. Best quality cotton and cheapest prices we found. We really enjoyed our stay there. Zion National Park will absolutely take your breath away. The scenery is unreal, from hiking the Narrows to the thrill of Angels Landing, to driving through the Mount Carmel–Zion tunnel with its peek-a-boo windows that open up to incredible views. Springdale, the little gateway town just outside the park, is also fantastic—walkable, full of shops, restaurants, and a fun, welcoming vibe. Zion is one of those places you’ll want to come back to again and again. Truly unforgettable.
