Just needed a quick spot to stay when flying in late from Alaska. Yes the room is small but it was clean and it didnt cost me $500.00. AC worked, shower was decent. Its not the Ritz but they dont advertise it as such.

Shortest stay ever, booked for 5 nights left after an hour. The room smelt musty and the room was not well kept at all. It did not seem safe at all, with thin uninsulated walls. We left 1 hour after check-in and cancelled our booking and requested a refund. Be mindful that in these circumstances, you will only receive 50% of your payment back. So if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay, but you have standards for hygiene and safety, pay slightly more to stay somewhere else.

The worst part of my trip is staying here . The architecture of the rooms is bad , why would any one put an AC in bathroom at a toilet and the worst part is it doesn’t work enough to cool the room and you have to keep the bathroom door open inorder to get the AC in to the room . The service is 24/7 that is the only good part you can check in after 12 am . It is bunk bed and bed sheets are worn out . The good part is you will wake up a true hawain with sounds of hen kokorokoo…..

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this property during my stay in Maui with my family. Upon arrival, there was no staff available to assist with check-in. The process relied entirely on complicated self check-in instructions, which took me nearly 30 minutes to understand—especially difficult as it was dark and raining heavily. I attempted to call the provided contact number multiple times (at least 5 times), but it was unreachable. When we finally accessed the property, it was completely dark and felt unsafe. Inside the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor and water all over the floor. We had no choice but to clean the floor ourselves and stay the night, as there was no immediate support available.
