Happy Valley Inn

My experience here was fantastic! The locations is a short walk away from all the cute boutiques and restaurants, the town is adorable, and more than that… I accidentally only reserved one night instead of two, and after talking to CJ the manager, he was super nice, understanding, helpful, and they gave us the second night free of charge!!! Incredible mensch lol. They did not have to be so generous and understanding but they were and it was an enormous blessing (although I wouldn’t PLAN on them doing that again lol). The rooms were comfy, cool, and totally reasonable. Maybe not a luxurious five star tower, but who’s spending their time in Maui in their room anyways? I highly recommend this place for a simple stay in a cute town. Thank you guys so much!!

The host was very rude when contacted during self check-in. The code to access the unit was not provided prior to arrival. We had to wait around outside in the heat until the host replied to our message. Upon replying, instead of accepting any responsibility for the lack of communication, blamed me for not being able to arrive at the exact check-in time. Supposedly at this time, the door was left open for us. When we arrived, the door was then locked, still no code provided, while the hosts knew we would be checking in soon, and we were met with rude replies.

Eh it's ok, not top of the line but good for just sleeping
