Yellowstone Motel

I called the hotel to ask what amenities their kitchens have. Instead of answering my question, he asked me what site I was looking, told me to go call booking.com and said he won't waste his time with me as he pays them 20%, and just hung up. Why do you put your hotel on booking.com if you don't want to pay them? You just lost one week's worth of booking from me, when you had so many empty rooms. Enjoy the lost business, buhbye.

Positive: The mobile home was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all necessary dishes, pans, utensils and even an air fryer. The staff was available when we text them for assistance. Negative: No railings on the steps going into the mobile home we stayed in.

Don't let the outside sway you...if you're looking for an affordable option in West Yellowstone, this is a good find! The room was thoughtfully decorated and well equipped, with even a stove and oven! We stayed in the Delux Queen room. Super cute and charming in a kitchy sorta way. Jen was lovely and very helpful.

Beware - DO NOT BOOK to stay at the Yellowstone Motel, West Yellowstone! We booked and paid for this accommodation on April 8, 2024 through Booking.com. Not only did this place overcharge our credit card , on arrival on May 27 2024, we were refused entry (doubtless because we had questioned the charge). Basically - Yellowstone Motel stole our funds and lied to Booking.com (that our credit card was invalid) and lied to us - claiming we had been refunded - never happened! Beside the place being extremely tacky-looking - just trailers - the management is a cheat, a thief and a liar, plus text-abusive. I booked a room at the motel in advance of our stay and received a confirmation email. The day of our motel stay we were in Yellowstone Park without cell phone reception. We arrived at the motel at 10:15 PM to check in. The office was closed, so I called, texted and emailed them and did not receive an answer/reply. I then had to call around at 10:30 PM to try to find a room for four people to stay that night! (Luckily the Brandin’ Iron was able to provide us a room!) The next day I received an email from the motel that we were required to check in by 10 PM, and since we had arrived at 10:15 PM, they would not refund our $473. (I opened a dispute with my credit card company and they refunded the $473 as we had not received any services from the motel, and the motel didn’t respond to their d
