The room was nothing like the pictures on their website and was not cleaned well. The commode was dirty, the shower had hair in it and the floor was filthy. I expected a renovated room because i paid extra for deluxe. The room was dated, had a broken and unstable chairs at the dining table, filthy furniture. The only thing that was clean and acceptable was the bed. The ceiling was peeling in multiple areas. When i went to complain to management the office was closed. So i proceeded to clean the room myself. The next day, i spoke with a gentleman in the office who advised me they would speak to manager. No one ever got back to me in regards to my complaints about the room. I noticed an awful smell in the room and blamed it on my 2 boys. (One being lactose intolerant and eating ice cream ha

there's property we had hoped for so much from. we went with several of our friends, seven of us to be exact and we had three rooms. All three rooms were consistent and that they were not very nice. they were ultra small and filthy. we did not feel safe. of course seven women how safe could you feel but we would have liked to have felt a little more safe in our rooms than we did. I am embarrassed that I was the one that selected this property for our trip.

Seriously not too sure why there’s so many bad reviews here. It’s a 3 start hotel. You get what you pay for, plain and simple. The rooms are definitely outdated and the walls/ carpet are definitely showing their age. Rooms are equipped with older TVs (no Netflix or Hulu) and you will absolutely see mystery stains on the couch or carpet. However like I said, you get what you pay for and that’s kinda to be expected in a place as inexpensive as this. I will say though the and beds & rooms themselves did feel very well cleaned and taken care of (ignoring the mystery stains) I could tell the beds had fresh sheets and didn’t see any bedbugs or anything crazy lol. Never felt unsafe at all rooms locked like they should plus have a deadbolt. The rooms also have TONS of amenities, full size stove, m

This place was, for sure, nothing even remotely fancy. The balcony is not something you can sit on. The place needs a lot of facelift work. Yet, with all that said, our room did what we wanted... We had a place that was clean, had a kitchen area that was stocked well with dishes, microwave, fridge/freezer, and coffee maker. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was really good too for access to Ocean Blvd as well as King's Highway. Our room overlooked Pier 14 and the ocean. The view was amazing!
