Good value for the money. The room was clean. The bed comfy and fresh. The first room I was assigned was nice. However, the toilet didn't flush. I informed staff and they assigned me another room. This room was also nice. Plenty of chairs in the room. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was overall satisfied. I will stay again.

I am writing this review to warn future travelers about a critical failure in sanitation and customer accountability at the Wyndham Garden Texarkana on Stateline Avenue. Our recent stay was not only ruined but was major health and safety hazard by the discovery of bed bugs in our room. Not only was this a discusting lapse in hotel cleanliness standard but was as well a shocking failure of accountability from the hotel management. ​Upon the confirmed presence of bed bugs—our immediate concern was the health and safety of ourselves and our belongings. We made a one night stop on a trip to the Gulf Coast. The staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, if not a bit too soft. Lots of good pillows! The exercise room was not available as they said it was being renovated, but it all looked just fine through the window. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts, fresher.

The pictures of this hotel are not real. This is a scam. Do not stay here for your safety. This is definitely not a Wyndham Garden hotel. This hotel is extremely dirty. The elevator doesn't run, there is construction debris that you have to walk through to get to the stairs. The rooms wreak of cigarettes, yet they claim we are the first ones to stay in the room. The pictures they post are NOT FROM THIS HOTEL. Rooms are poorly lit and straight out of a 1990s movie. This is a scam. They placed us on the fourth floor and told us to use the elevators. When reporting elevators don't work, staff denied they weren't working. They continued to place people on the 4th and 5th floor without noting elevators are broken. All 1st floor exterior doors are propped open by staff. NO security from outsid

Positive: The room and staff were fine. I missed the breakfast due to having a little one in the room with me (6:30 to 9am). Loved they had coffee ready all day. The pool and spa area was extremely warm due to the glass walls. Negative: ""
