Wyndham Garden Orlando Universal / I Drive

Check in was smooth, the team was smiling and welcoming, and the room was ready early. The room was very clean, the space felt fresh, and the bathroom smelled great, which immediately makes you feel comfortable after a long drive. Vanessa, the General Manager, was around and attentive, making sure everything was running well. Tina at the front desk was kind and helpful, and Stella from sales went out of her way to assist us. I also noticed the maintenance team painting and refreshing areas around the property. It was nice to see that kind of care happening in real time. The mini bar area was convenient, and everything felt well looked after. Overall, it felt like a place where people actually care, not just about the hotel, but about the guests. We would absolutely stay again.

Convenient location to Universal. If you are a walker, we walked to and from the park with no issues (we had no bags/strollers with us though). The hotel is within walking distance to Chipotle, Dunkin and a strip shopping mall. There is a cute putt putt golf attraction at the corner of the hotel too. Our room was extremely clean, quiet and the front desk staff was very helpful. The parking lot is well lit and easy parking. I liked that the front lobby doors locked at night and you needed to swipe your room key to get inside. Really happy with this hotel and will be staying here again.

Positive: The room was clean and bright and spacious. It is a very decent, modern hotel. I would stay here again if I ever visit Orlando in the future. Negative: The only thing I didn't like is that my regular room did not come with a microwave.

Beautiful and great for price right at $100/ night. The staff is very friendly and we were treated like we were there for a month even though it was only one night. We booked it last minute and it was a perfect location right off international drive next to everything, Universal CityWalk, all the restaurants and stores on international drive. We booked on Expedia, showed up 15 minutes later, asked for a crib and by the time we got up to the room we already had the crib and everything ready. They let us have late checkout for no charge the next day because my son wasn't feeling well and we had to stay a little extra to get him cleaned up. The only reason for the 1 less star for rooms, was that with the crib,my son's stroller and all our stuff, it was a little tight. But then again we just
