Hyatt House Orlando Airport

We stayed here for one night before our cruise, and then for a second unplanned night after our cruise due to flight cancellations. Our first night we checked in at 11pm and Jorge was so helpful, he helped us locate a restaraunt nearby that was still open. Jorge also talked us through the process for our cruise the next day and made sure we knew where everything was. For our second day here after our cruise Tolbert was incredible! He facilitated an early check in so my older father could catch a nap (THANK YOU!). Everyone here was so friendly and always willing to help. The included breakfast was great, and everything was clean. Outdoor pool area was beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Stopped at the bar for a late night snack/drink. Antonio was very attentive and friendly. He was hustling as a huge group of people came in argyle same time. Hyatt is lucky to have such a hard working staff member. We will be back just for the positive customer service experience. Breakfast was also an amazing spread with fresh fruit!

Stayed at Hyatt House Orlando on a quick business trip and it did the job well. Room was clean, spacious, and had a proper work desk with plenty of outlets—easy to finish reports after meetings. Wi-Fi stayed solid for long Teams calls, and the 24-hour business center was handy for quick prints. Hot breakfast (omelet bar is a nice touch) meant I could grab food and go. Location’s practical: about 10 minutes to the convention center and 15-20 to the airport, so ride-shares stayed cheap. Staff handled a package delivery and late checkout smoothly. Overall, good value and a comfortable base for work in Orlando. I’d stay again.

I don’t normally give 4 stars. Usually 1 or 5 depending on if I had a really great experience or really bad experience. This is different. I stayed for a little over two weeks. I thought the rooms were great, location is very conveniently placed by the airport and other food places, service was pretty good. Housekeepers were great! Free breakfast was great! The front desk was so and so. I had a couple bad experiences where someone was being very short with me after calling for shuttle assistance and then I had switched rooms towards the beginning of my stay but the manager had never told the front desk to make adjustments for me. I get they have a lot going on so I won’t deduct too much. Another minor thing is that I was woken up to two false fire alarms in the early morning which was supe

I rarely go out of my way to leave reviews unless someone truly makes a lasting impression, and we were only here for one night. That alone should say how impactful our experience was. Six is, without a doubt, one of the best front desk professionals I’ve ever encountered. He is the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine warmth, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. It was clear he genuinely enjoys what he does and takes pride in providing great service. That level of care and authenticity elevated our short stay and left a memorable impression.
