Pestana Orlando Suites Lake Buena Vista

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. It is a beautiful place with modern and well-maintained facilities that make the stay truly enjoyable. From the moment you arrive, everything feels welcoming and well organized. The cleanliness is outstanding, both in the rooms and in the common areas. You can tell they pay close attention to detail and daily maintenance. In addition, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They were always willing to help with a smile and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Great service, friendly staff. Very clean, even smelled nice. Right near Disney Springs without the Disney price too! Definitely coming back next time we stay in Orlando.

Check in was smooth and staff is very friendly. Rooms were spacious and we were even treated to a towel animal by housekeeping (thank you very much!) and Anna at the front desk was a tremendous help during checkout! 10mins (w/o traffic) from Disney Springs so not too far. We will be coming back again! Thank you for the great hospitality guys! Keep it up!

We had an awesome stay at Pestana! I was impressed with the kindness and the enthusiasm of Anna and the entire staff who was very nice and helpful. The rooms are very good. They are large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is very good too. The facilities and amenities are great as well. This hotel is definitely 10/10. I am looking forward to staying there again when I come back to Orlando. Thank you to all the staff for treating my family and I so well!

Lovely hotel—very clean and spacious suites. Excellent daily maid service. Very comfortable beds and quality linens. Some improvements needed would be the towels. Some days we received shredded, stained, cardboard like towels ready for the trash. Other days they were what we expected from a 4 star hotel: spotless, white and fluffy. Towels need to be thrown away and replaced so that the standard remains the same throughout the stay. We spent a total of 3 weeks at this hotel and would return. The only other improvement would be breakfast. I skipped most days due to the lack of quality selections. It’s more kid friendly. It would be a bonus to have fresh berries, hard boiled eggs, assorted cheeses, crusty bread assortments, smoked salmon etc., more typical of a European hotel. The hotel is in
