Wyndham Garden Cross Lanes Charleston

I’m a local. But I stayed here for 2 nights with 3 kids because we wanted to get away and enjoy the pool in the yucky weather we’ve been having. This hotel was amazing, from check in to check out. All staff were so wonderful, and so sweet. Rooms were great, beds were comfortable, breakfast bar was awesome. The pool was amazing- it’s heated and felt wonderful. I mentioned I was with 3 children, and all staff was just so kind to the kids, they were given beach balls to play with in the pool. We will definitely come back when we want a few days to relax 😃

The hotel is nice. It has a restaurant & spacious rooms. Very modern. |The Check in girl did not acknowledge my status but that’s ok. It’s nice when it happens. ||Large parking lot but not big enough for a tractor trailer. ||Breakfast could have been better, the host did not keep items stocked so it was kind of limited.

What an amazing experience I shared here at the Wyndham garden. Check-in was fast and greeted with such warmth and kindness. My room was very clean and held no odor. Nice clean tubes with the none slip on the base. They served food after hour I thought that was convenient. It also helped that the food was delicious. The breakfast included the basic nutritional food you need but the things that stood out. The eggs were boiled and the service was attentive kind and professional. I live in Houston and never experienced such so, I'm grateful I had the opportunity to enjoy what they had to offer

Positive: Nice atmosphere in lobby - pretty fireplace and decor. Easy access to highway. Breakfast was better than expected, too. Negative: Not really at the star rating. The indoor pool was dirty and would have been a problem if we were swimming, but we wern't. I would definitely stay again at the price point we paid.

Oh my cheese crust, this was genuinely the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. I stayed at this hotel for two different nights for a trip. The room was impeccable, not a single thing out of place, completely clean, not a single speck of dirt or hair out of place. The view from my window was just chefs kiss. The staff was amazing, they were extremely kind and understanding. Honestly, I would genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone in this area, even if it's out of the way, it was an absolutely amazing stay. 10/10 would absolutely stay again!
