Motel 6 Cross Lanes, WV–Goff Mountain Rd

Some of the best customer service ever. I've been here a few nights now, and I've honestly probably been a pain of a tenant, but they're always very polite and fast about everything they do, even though im a pain Place is spotless, clean, and well put-together, as well as being very affordable and most importantly, not requiring you to be 21! Not a big fancy hotel with room service and all that, but i really dont care about that. This place has everything you need to be comfortable away from home for a little bit.

Terrible place to stay. Won't be back and don't suggest anyone else to stay there either. House keeping comes around at 10am banging on the door asking if we were checking out. The main housekeeping lady is very rude. We got the room for a week. She demanded to come in and inspect the room and have someone come back to clean. When we didn't hear the other person come she came back yelling saying we could leave and they clean on their time not ours. I've never stayed anywhere where the employees act this way. If I could give zero stars I would.

this was a very nice stay ! I will stay there again when I travel through to Illinois. I was greeted with a smile and positive attitude. I got checked in with my fur baby and I was taking a hot shower in no time !!!! clean room and giant bed.
