Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort

I want to take a moment during my 8-day vacation to commend Ralph and Ender for their outstanding hospitality, care, and professionalism at the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort. We’ve been staying here for two seasons, and it’s always a pleasant experience, but this visit was extraordinary thanks to their dedication. After staying at other hotels in the Boynton Beach, Delray, and Boca areas, this has by far been our best stay. We plan to return every year. Thank you to Ralph, Ender, and the entire team. Attended for a wonderful event that our company had for the Holidays and I will say we were utterly impressed with the amazing service and views this property provides. Their team is top notch!! Considering the hotel was jam packed. My room was extremely clean and all the interactions our team had with the staff were extremely positive. Would love to come back for a family stay.

The location as ideal, with the beach right in front of the hotel and excellent restaurants adjacent. Guests receive beach towels, lounge chairs, and a shade umbrella set up by hotel staff. An older building but nicely updated and well-maintained. Rooms were comfortable. Parking was in a lot adjacent to the hotel and easy in and out.

We had an issue with our first room and Sofi at the front desk was quick to make it right! Our pool bartender Jen was great and knew the names of our large group as if she’s known us forever. Location and room views are ideal! All around a great stay!

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Bathroom counter space is a little small. Beds are comfortable but pillows are to soft. Just lowered my rating. Went to have breakfast this morning. Waited 15 minutes or so to be seated. The staff just ignored my wife and I, so we left to go somewhere else. Apparently, the staff here did not want to be bothered with doing their job.
