Ocean Pearl Apartments

We have been coming to Deerfield Beach for years and have always stayed with family nearby. This time we decided to have a place of our own to stay. My wife and I stayed 8 days and part of our family joined us for part of the time. As other reviewers state, Dan the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was simple, clean, and equipped with what we needed. We like to eat out but also like the conveniences of a kitchen. Having a place to park near the beach is no small convenience. We literally woke up and walked to the beach each morning. This location is also convenient to anything else you might want to do while in South Florida.

Such a lovely gem on the beach ❤️ very clean property, nice neighbors, clean rooms, utilities included, and steps from shops/stores…. If you get a chance to visit this weekly/monthly or just for a day, you’ll love it!

I want to thank Dan who owns this wonderful Motel where my mother, cat and I have lived for the past three weeks. We were between homes for three weeks and it was perfect! Located right across from the Beach near incredible restaurants in the heart of the nightlife. He welcomed my pet, has very fast free WIFI (PS4 worthy), enjoyed cooking in the full kitchen with dishes and he has Laundry machines! We didn't need the newest or state of the art because this place was clean and Dan made it feel like home!

We found this older but nice little place less than 3 minutes walk to the beach. Nice area, shops, food and other activities nearby. Dan is a good guy who tries to accommodate all your needs. Only motel I've stayed in that provides beach chairs and umbrellas for use while here. Kitchens have most everything you need. I think this 10 weeks stay is going to be great.

Perfect location for families and pet friendly! Dan goes above and beyond as a host to a gem of a spot on Deerfield beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. Adored the homey, very clean, and genuinely charming feel of old Florida! Already looking forward to our next visit!
