Carriage House Resort Motel

Liked the place a lot. Yes its an older building but its a nice clean and made hotel. Lots of boutique building in FL are older. Large rooms. Clean sheets. The bathrooms could use some updating, but for the money. The room. The pool, and the location cant be beat. Parking pass to park on property. A few blocks from the Deerfield pier and beach, restaurants and shops. Check and and out was easy and straight forward. I'd recommend calling the hotel fordt before booking with a third party app. Its just easier. It's a 2 story building.

Wonderful stay. Wonderful staff. All you need in your rooms. And perfect location!|Minutes from the beach. And all the shops. People could not be more friendly. I truly enjoyed the staff. And the price is perfect. A great value. I’ve been coming for 24 years and can’t wait to come back.

About one block from all the bars and restaurants. A short distance to the beach. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Staff is amazing. They prepared everything for my night check in. Exceptional service and cleanliness. Beach is 1 min away.
