This hotel is falling apart. Sure, it’s cheap. The apartment-style rooms are nice. But it is dated and cheaply made. We had a leak coming from our kitchen. One of the couches had a pretty large stain on it. The towels provided were incredibly cheap. My shower's temperature couldn’t regulate itself, so it would get SO hot it was unbearable. The lobby was nice, and the staff I interacted with were sweet, but I was disappointed in the quality and how the hotel was maintained. I think you could easily find a better option.

Positive: This place was super clean and common areas well maintained. The pool was very nice and big, and the staf LG were all very nice. Negative: The rooms did not have a smart tv, so we could not have a family movie night. Even though the room was not remodeled, it was nice and well maintained.

I've stayed here many times. This was my go to place. The service here has gotten very bad over the last couple years. I asked for a accessible room and was assured I would be accommodated. I was not. I am however disabled. It was a nightmare! I went to Wal-Mart to buy handles for the shower!! Not to mention the suite was not clean at all. They had it painted and there was paint everywhere. The place was painted with ceiling white paint everywhere!! What a mess.. I ended up sleeping on the couch because the bed was too high and I couldn't get in it. I called for towels and never received any. Asked for a stool to get in the bed, never even received a call for that. The phones don't work!! The complains go on and on. Needless to say I'll never stay there again.

We were a family here in November 2024. Everything was very clean and nice, but there were a few things that could have been fixed. In the newly renovated apartment, there were no grab rails at the toilet and neither in the shower. It was too much trouble to transport our traveling companions who are past their lightest stage, so we did not accept it. But who makes up a suite and skip this for the disabled ? What was worse, h, was that the pool lift was game over and obviously not in function. But a neat apartment, but the area is not suitable for people who use a wheelchair and cannot walk.

Very nice spot, staff is friendly and the place is clean. They recently turned on the pool heater too because of all the cold weather, we really appreciate that! Things like that is what keeps us visiting!
