Positive: Very clean outside and inside the rooms Negative: Paying for WiFi, no complimentary breakfast , that it?s not a lot of amenities.

Place was quiet, clean and well laid out. Not a whole lot going on, just one karaoke event and one bingo. Pool had plenty of places to sit but the poolside bar and snack shop were never open. No washer/dryer in unit but free communal laundry was available. We didn't get internet (they charge $10/day). There was a beautiful birthday gift for me when we entered the unit, compliments of the staff.

Absolutely do NOT get a "Studio Deluxe." It is tiny, dingy, dark, and features a very heavy Murphy bed you have to pull down. And in order to pull it down, you have to disassemble the couch below it. Extremely inconvenient, plus the Murphy bed in our room was saggy and I was rolling into my spouse all night, leading to poor sleep and back pain. Furthermore, after paying for a second room to "upgrade" for a portion of our trip, neither room felt cleaned. The more expensive (but much better layout and experience) "1 Bedroom Deluxe" still had several hairs all over the shower from the previous occupants. The "Studio Deluxe" was so appalling, the housekeeper who came to help us sweep on the second day in the room stated it was in a "terrible state" and "had never seen anything like that before

Our stay at the resort was great! The suite was clean and well organized, with a complete kitchen set that made everything very convenient. One small note: our room wasn’t cleaned on the second day. I’m not sure if housekeeping was available only upon request, and it may have been my oversight in reviewing the property information. Regardless, our overall experience was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay, especially our family trip to Disney World, and will definitely stay again on our next trip back to Florida.

Our arrival was scheduled for today 2/16/2026. We booked this reservation through Expedia back in October and even had correspondence as recently as Friday confirming our arrival time and stay even a “looking forward to seeing you”. Less than 18 hours before check in, they called and left a single voicemail stating our reservation was cancelled due to an “unforeseen reason.” We returned the call within one minute and received no answer. We called several more times with no response. Shortly after, we received an automated cancellation email through Expedia. This happened during peak winter break, when availability everywhere is extremely limited. We were forced to scramble and rebook while literally boarding a five hour flight to Florida.
