What do you mean I check out at 11 am that one night so just bill me one night she said we'll we have to charge for the next day so then I get to have a 2 night stay she said not sure....🤔🤷🤦 no breakfast bed sucks I had no choice just to bit the bullet all over hotels i. I got here October 2024 and will be leaving May 2025 and pay monthly 7 months I have lived here The front staff is polite and accommodating I purchased a 1.5 inch mattress topper for my bed Full size refrigerator,, full size microwave, 2 burner cooktop. The value for the cost of the room is very good. I will be back in July for another 5 month stay.

Omg this place was good awful ladies be prepared if you leave a stain on sheets they will charge you $25 if you have pets room service isn't available if you need clean sheets or towels better off bringing your own because they will charge you $25 for anything clean. Bring your own cleaning supplies because they don't believe in it if you have dogs even if dogs are not in room. They are exceptionally rude as hell management is they worst. Oh and they would prefer to talk to your children over speaking with you about problems and they are theives.. please for the love of God go else where. The only good thing is Scott the maintenance guy. Zero freaking stars for this place. If your not sleeping with one of the employees better buckle up cuz your stay will be hell

Clean with kitchenette. Onsite laundry and friendly staff that went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Bed is a bit hard and full size is smaller then what I am used to but worked great for my needs. I stayed here for 3 months for work. The full size refrigerator and being able to cook my meals was gamechanger. They keep this place clean inside and out. I work overnight shift and the blackout blinds worked great. Had several deliveries here without any issues. This is by far the nicest staff of anywhere I have stayed yet. [Review collected by TrustYou]

If I could do zero stars I would but I guess the 1 star could go to mr Scott the maintenance guy and Jamie the new girl. Both of them are very sweet very professional will do anything and everything professionally to assist you as well a couple of the receptionists. The management (GM)is very bad very rude very disrespectful. They will steal money from you they will tell you new bedding or towels are available but they won't tell you they will try and alcharge you for it. If they don't like you they will make false accusations on you. The house keepers won't clean your room. And this by far has been the worst place I have ever visited do not recommend. only good thing is the few good people we met along the way
