Holiday Inn Express & Suites Williston, an IHG Hotel

Great location. We are local and needed a last minute venue for a pool party as another hotel canceled on us twice. |Friendly front desk and staff. They were in the middle of a remodel but that didnt bother us at all. |Pool was great, atmosphere was great. The room was very spacious. I liked the beds and pillows. No noise whatsoever except from my child. Only complaint on our stay is we couldn't get the TV to cast from our devices or use the Netflix or you tube on it. Other than that it was amazing. Will be even better once Pizza Ranch officially opens across the street! |Also like I said, we are local and needed a venue for a party. I had an amazing experience thanks to Javi at the front desk. He was extremely professional, well-presented, and went above and beyond with his customer service. Not only was check-in smooth and friendly, but he also personally helped me remove snow that was stuck on my vehicle. Because of him, I was able to make it to my destination on time. It’s rare to find someone who cares that much about guests, and Javi truly made a difference in my stay. He is the reason I’ll be choosing Holiday Inn Suites again. Javi is simply the best! 👏

Absolutely blown away by the rooms! ||Very beautiful hotel, has some remodeling going on but was not an issue for us at all. ||We had a small birthday for my son, the pool was beautiful and hot tub was nice and warm! Comfy beds! Definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for a nice family friendly environment ☺️ the location was next to Walmart and alot of other food options. Very clean rooms! Front desk was pleasant as well. No noise issues, besides my kids being loud and rude and causing me to have a spaz out lol amazing hotel!

Ill give them a 3, would be a 5, but Monica did this. The rest of the staff is some of the best I've encountered. Monica and I had some issues over billing, instead of listening to my complaints, she insisted I shut my mouth and listen first...then I could speak? That may work on her husband but in the hospitality business. Instead of arguing, I walked across the parking lot to Candlewood and got the customer service I deserved, when staying here for a few months. Come to find out they have had problems with this lady in the past. To management: she cost you 10s of thousands because now my crew of 20 plus men will go elsewhere. It was a wonderful place to stay for my family as we were traveling through. We enjoyed the pool (wished the hot tub was working too) and free laundry machines the night of our stay. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. Then we started our day off with an amazing breakfast. It was the perfect way to start the next leg of our trip. Thank you!
