Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Williston

Friendly service at the front desk, loved the room! Kitchenette was awesome. Amenities were very nice. Discount was good for being a Wyndham member. Comp breakfast was really good too! I had no complaints . 5 star in my opinion! Location was close to Walmart so we were able to get food, bring to the room that had a full sized fridge and that saved us money from going out to eat.

We needed a room near the airport for an early morning flight. The location was great. The room was spacious for three adults. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The kitchenette was well stocked though we did not use it. We brought our own breakfast in knowing we would have to check out before the hotel breakfast was open. We appreciated the fridge and microwave to store and reheat our food.

Stayed 2 weeks. Pros: Clean Large room Comfortable bed Kitchenette Complementary breakfast (was quite good) Friendly staff Free laundry Able to adjust thermostat quite a bit Fitness room was large, 2 TVs, 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, a bench + weights Cons: No way to wipe off fitness equipment Spa/hot tub was down during stay Area where breakfast was held at would lock you in - room key wouldn’t work. Overall a very good place to stay in my experience, beat the vast majority of Marriotts and Hiltons I’ve been at.

The room was pretty clean but had quite a bit of hair in the bath tub. I ended up using it instead of the whirlpool because the whirlpool was broken and had been for a long time according to front desk clerk, she also said there was no date for it to be fixed, and NOTHING was mentioned on the Wyndham site or the Hawthorne site. I had a very sore back and live close to Williston but booked the room solely for using the whirlpool and then when I tried to use the bathtub in the suite it had short black hair come back out of the drain and the piece to controlling the drain flow was also broken. Should have tried to cancel and go home sad a large busy hotel is so cheap about simple maintenance.

Restaurant has an elegant and beautiful design. Staff is knowledgeable throughout the whole hotel. Rooms were clean and accommodating.
