🌟 Great Price and Modern Look, But Major Flaws in Service, Amenities, and Accessibility 🌟||My recent stay offered a fantastic good price and was initially appealing due to its recently remodeled, clean, and modern look. The staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating, and the location is okay, with a Walmart right next door for convenience. Unfortunately, the issues with basic amenities, service, and accessibility are too numerous to ignore.||Disappointing "Extended Stay" Suite and Missing Essentials|Be warned: if you book this as an extended-stay suite, prepare to bring everything. The small in-room kitchen is practically useless as it contains no cooking utensils, eating utensils, or dishes whatsoever.|The list of missing basic hotel amenities is long:|• No daily room cleaning service

The room was very comfortable for our stay, the only issue we had was the lack sound proofing. But if you bring a sound machine or if you have ear plugs it will be fine. My husband who is a sound sleeper noted that certain sounds were very noticeable. But, besides that the staff is very kind. The location is close to many different amenities that were useful to us during our business stay. From delicious food to easy access around town. It's a very practical place to stay with a comfortable bed and large refrigerator/kitchenette. If you plan on staying for an extended time they have pots and pans for purchase, a nice gym, and laundry access for you to freshen your things during your stay. *Note* My husband is 6'4" you can see his feet hang off the bed. But that is due to his height.

Positive: No frills package kept.cost down- cleaning, continental breakfast, etc, making my stay super affordable. The quality of stay was not compromised in any ways that mattered- Wifi was consistently available, television package offered NFL network, etc Negative: Running water was a bit on the hard sideOther guests; south side exit has pets' foul leavings outside (very strong urine and/or droppings odor) near door

Great location if you need to be close to downtown, and the rooms are spacious, more like small studio. However, the service was very disappointing. I stayed 16 nights and was told at check-in that the room would be cleaned once (two days before check-out), but it never happened. At check-out, the front desk simply said that sometimes they forget some floors, as an answer it ia not acceptable. For long stays, you have to change your own bed linens and pick up towels at the front desk, with an extra charge of $40. Cookware is also not provided unless you purchase a kitchen kit. Overall, good location and large rooms, but extremely limited service that does not meet basic hotel standards.

What you see is what you get, nothing more :) I did not find anything interesting in the hotel or in the close proximity, and there is a big construction site around the hotel, so the view is not very pleasant. Free parking is great, and there are food places 6-7 minutes away by car. Rooms are average, but clean, and comfortable. Perfect if you travel for work and only need a decent place to sleep and shower.
