Bay by the Voyager Resort

We purchased a home 🏡 in the Cove. The resort had evereverything a retiree could ever want. The neighbors are fantastic and very friendly. Update. After a year living in the neighborhood, could not be happier 😊. Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors and excellent amenities! Year 2!!! No regrets. Best decision we made for our retirement. It feels like home with incredible neighborhood support, and fantastic opportunities to join in community events. With a softball field, dog park and barbecue pits in one section. A community pool and children's playground and another barbecue area, as well as a community center for events in another area. Always something to do!

I bought a place in The Bay and have spent two winters there thus far. I really enjoy the park, the people and all of the amenities. The land rent for the homes in the bay is very steep.

I live here and so I am partial to it being a great place. It is gated and 55+. There are tons of activities during The Season(Nov-Apr).

My sister and i was visiting my parents that are close to their 90's we parked outside of their property on state land we did not spend more then 3 or 4 hours a day and i was harassed my security for parking on property they did not know who owned it! I was parked 4' from their property line they said i had been parked there over a week and called the law 5 days ago but because i was not parked there when law arrived nothing was done because i was not parked there! Rocket Science 101 I'm a rewards member of Pilot/Flying J Truck Stops Inc. they have Security Video's of my sister and i at 2 of the pilots with in 2 miles of this Trailer Park

We live here half of the year, friendly people, nicely maintained. Tucson is a great alternative to to Phoenix area. Has everything you could want with not as bad traffic situation.
