At first glance, the building appeared promising. However, after overhearing staff speaking to one another, I immediately became concerned due to their lack of professionalism. That said, the woman at the front desk treated me very well during check-in and even recommended a few places to eat, which I appreciated. Shortly afterward, two individuals—one male and one female—approached the front desk. It appeared as though the female was not wearing pants, which I assume may have been a member of the cleaning staff. This further added to my concerns. At this point, I had been on the road for two weeks and was extremely fatigued, hoping only to shower and get some rest. As I entered the hallway leading to my room, I was met with a strong and unmistakable smell of cigarette smoke. The hallway

Great customer service. Those at the front desk are very polite and helpful. A All the cleaning ladies are great. Christy and Neeka do a fantastic job. The maintenance guy is also terrific, he stays on top the service you need in a very prompt time. Overall my experience here is worth the money spent.

Your staff seemed to be fine. Easy check in process. However the room was bordering on unacceptable. That room smelled so badly of cigarettes and something else (maybe cat urine?) it leeched in to my clothes. Even after washing I can smell it. Add to that, that a suite with a kitchen charges extra for a coffee maker and basic equipment like plates and bowls, well, what’s the point? When I stay at a place like this, I do so because I don’t want to be burdened with hauling around coffee makers and kitchen supplies. I will certainly think twice before staying here again. This hotel is disgusting. The room me and my children got was beyond awful. Smelt like 20 ashtrays. Blood on the walls. Dirty floors and bed. Pee stained towels and bathtub. Toilet stopped up w someone else's poop. Trash wasnt changed. Beds were not even made correctly. TV didnt work. When I told front desk the cleaning lady literally came sprayed some stuff on the floor and "mopped" the dirt all in the floor again bc your supposed to sweep then mop... idk this was trashy to me. The smell was bad and after she mopped roaches started coming out everywhere. Do not recommend this place unless you like nasty. I would give n o stars if it would allow me to.

Amazing Service here Bri and Jen are the best!! The housekeeping staff are very helpful and maintenance is always on top of things. My children and I love it here this has been our home and when we leave we will always come back if needed. Very clean and family/kid safe /friendly. They know us by name even our dog. We love it here!!!
