Quality Inn Duncan Spartanburg West

Positive experience for the price point. My concern was the very early LOUD mufflers and engine revs. The night before I'd noticed 5-6 large and older trucks in the parking lot all of which were backed in. So at 5 a.m. the unpleasant surprise was them all going to work about the same time. I suggest the managers put workers at the opposite end of the long row from casual tourists. Thoughtful considerations should had been given.

The hotel is in need of serious updating and has drastically declined since our first visit a few years ago. The first room we checked into had a tub with rust on the bottom and inside. The mini fridge was already open and hard to close. When my spouse pulled the sheets back there was a stain in the middle of the bed and there were several wrinkles under the fitted sheet. It looked as if someone had rolled around and slept in it and the housekeeper just fixed the linen back, minus that. I went to the front desk and we were switched to another room. The second rooms bed and fridge were much better. The shower floor however was very brown. The room was "handicap accessible," but everything was up high. The coffee maker, extra tissue, TV remote, etc could not be reached by a person in a wheel

I read the reviews before choosing the room, and they were correct. It is an older hotel, but is updated and kept up very well. The beds ARE comfortable, the rooms ARE clean and the service IS good. If you are looking for a good room at a low price, this this definitely worth booking.

Quality Inn Duncan Spartanburg West is a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I stayed from Thursday, February 5, 2026, to Friday, February 6, 2026. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location is convenient and quiet. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
