WoodSpring Suites Orlando International Drive

Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. Do NOT book this hotel under any circumstances. Check-in took over an hour because there was only one person at the front desk — on a Friday night. My room was supposed to be ready at 3 PM. I arrived at 8 PM and it was still not ready. There was no housekeeping staff available. The same front desk employee had to go inspect the room. When I finally entered the room, I was hit with a DISGUSTING UNBEARABLE smell. The cleanliness of the sheets, bathroom and kitchenette was highly questionable. I requested a room change and was told there were no other rooms available. I asked for the room to be properly cleaned and was told there was no cleaning staff. I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners myself just to make the room to

The manager, Sarah, harassed my family. We checked in friday night around 10 pm- my spouse found roaches and took pictures, the wifi wouldnt work, the microwave light would not turn off i have insomnia my son is 4 years old and autistic and at night when no ones spraying febreeze it stinks like musty old dog and feet when my spouse informed front desk he was told to wait till morning then was told no manager was on sight wait till Monday so we tried to cancel and get a refund to switch hotels. The manager found out and set mandatory "room inspections" to take pictures of mine and my toddlers drying underwear and called my spouse shouting we were all nasty and dirty until I said i was going to record the conversation... hung up on me when I spoke in person said they needed a face mask becau

This Hotel is a Scam. When we arrived we where told thy did not have the room we booked. Then they said they will show us some to see if we are ok to stay there. The room was stinky with a terrible chemical smell. So we agreed that we will not take it. We hardly find another place to stay and on top of that when we asked for reimbursement they refused to to so.

The hotel is in a great location and easy to get to a lot of attractions. Sabria one of the front desk attendants was so wonderful, she went above and beyond to answer all questions and provide solutions to problems. The rooms were nothings special but the service and location made up for it.

The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough, but nothing really stood out. Staff were polite and kind. Special thanks to Roberto, Shain and Josiah. The location was convenient, which was a plus. It met our basic needs for the stay, I’m sure I would go out and stay here again.
