I have to start by saying that if I had just listened to the other reviews—especially the one from Travlr_8—I wouldn’t be writing this one today.|Apparently, the “hotel going wild” hour is around 2:00 a.m. The noise they were making seemed intentional, almost as if they wanted to disturb everyone else. They finally stopped around 5:00 a.m., but by 6:00 a.m. there was more noise, this time coming from the hallways. My room was 103, very close to the lobby door. Every time someone opened or closed that door, it made a loud banging sound—clearly, the door closer is defective or poorly adjusted.|Another issue was that housekeeping apparently left both the door and the window open after cleaning the room. I reported that the door was open before entering, but I didn’t notice the window was open
My apologies for not getting everyone’s name. From the moment I walked in to the lobby I was greeted with kindness, even from several of the extended stay customer’s. Whom seemed to be treated like family from the staff and I quickly felt the same. The Woman at the front desk was kind and passionate about her job. I also got to speak with a maintenance man and a cleaning lady who added to the kind experience we had. Our dog was welcomed with open arms and our room was clean. I regularly stay in hotels due to traveling for hockey tournaments and this is the first time I have ever written a review. Not only today enjoy the hotel but the staff made it even better. 10 out of 10! Thank you again.
This hotel was half as expensive as the other hotel we have stayed in in Farmington. We’re traveling from Massachusetts for an annual family visit. The desk clerk was a young friendly guy who made us feel very welcome when we checked in. There did seem to be a pervasive smell of marijuana around the property, including indoors where we are asked to sign in agreement that we will not smoke or have parties in the building. The room was clean, it was handicap accessible. It looks like the hotel is typically for extended stay guests, and had a nice clean kitchenette. In the bathroom, also sparkling clean, it would have been nice to have a spare roll of toilet paper, and a soap for the shower as well as a soap for the sink. We didn’t experience the noise levels that others noted in their revie
My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel for a week while we were visiting from out of state for a friend’s wedding. It was the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had. Extremely uncomfortable, creaky bed that prevented us from getting a good nights sleep EVERY night. Paper thin walls. Unpleasant, rancid smell in the elevator and our hallway. Rude, unwelcoming front desk staff. Homeless individual rummaging through the trash directly outside the door to enter the hotel. Only 2 towels in the bathroom when we first got to our room - no hand towels or wash clothes. When we asked for a few additional towels WE had to BRING our used ones downstairs to them in order to get new ones. No cleaning of our room during the entire stay. We do NOT recommend this hotel and will not be coming back. Only reason we gav
10/4/25: Pre-arranged block of rooms for an historical church event. Guests flying in from all over the country. Check In: 1pm. Arrived from NY at 3:45. Lobby was filled with people sitting around waiting. Sole Front desk clerk was frazzled since no rooms were cleaned. I was told that 2 housekeepers walked off the job earlier that morning. I witnessed one family of 4 given a key card to their room, came back to front desk to say the room was already occupied. They had walked in on other guests. When we Finally got in our room at 5:07, which was the start of our Event in Farmington, there were only 2 towels in the Bathroom. Walls are thin. Slamming of drawers in the adjacent room until 11p from a toddler playing with the kitchenette. The strong aroma of marijuanna filling the hal
