Wow! .... this place has gone downhill FAST. I cannot say anything negative about the front desk staff. They were helpful, courteous and friendly, however the cleanliness needs MAJOR help. The room was absolutely filthy. The floor hadn't been swept and looks like it has never seen a mop. Dried blood stains on the coverlet, and it had a bad odor. The "kitchenette" has no dishes, cups, silverware, absolutely nothing so not only do you need to purchase food items while you're traveling… You should have your own dishes cookware, cups and utensils also. My pictures speak for themselves… I will never reserve a room here ever again… PS- I tried contacting guest services… This was not something that I wanted to criticize the office staff for… I wanted to speak to someone that specializes in c

I recently stayed at the Wood spring suites and unfortunately my stay was very unpleasant . The staff was friendly and the location was convenient , but the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired . I am most concerned about the discovery of roaches in my room . The problem did get reported but the pest issue wasn’t addressed . Cleanliness is the basic expectation for a suite/hotel and this was a major letdown. The suite needs to take immediate action before to improve this .

Do not stay here unless you want to spend your night killing roaches instead of sleeping. If zero stars were possible, this hotel would deserve it. By the end of our first night, we had seen AND killed over 50 roaches of all sizes, including the small, nasty German roaches that scatter everywhere once the lights go off. They were on the walls, the floors, and near our belongings. This hotel has a full-blown infestation. When I went to the front desk, the clerk casually admitted they’ve “been battling roaches for a while” and offered nothing more than $15 off per night and a vague promise that a manager might call me later. Beds were very uncomfortable, had a hard time sleeping. Had a roach 🪳 climb on me while trying to sleep. Got up and there were roaches going under the stovetop. Upstairs tenant was so loud, sounded like Godzilla was walking around up there!
