WoodSpring Suites Inverness

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The beds DO NOT have the top mattress on them so its like sleeping on box springs and the pillows were flat enough I used them underneath me to sleep on. You could hear the women in the next room every time she sneezed. When we got to the hospital for the surgery the receptionist said we were the 3rd to complain about the place and our surgeon was late because he stayed there and couldn't sleep because of the door slamming all night. There are no coffee pots in the rooms or ice machines even in the hallway and if you want to cook you have to rent or buy the pans from them. there are no curtains to keep out the light just blinds and there was a pit bulldog that came running at me when I stepped off the elevator and it was not on a leash.

Clean rooms, well cleaned, friendly staff, right off main road, good parking and a block away from the hospital. The coffee is very good. They also offer tea and hot cocoa. Con: vending machines are not marked with prices & no room cleaning tip envelope, but you can get an envelope at the front desk. All in all, I highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed there from this past Friday until Sunday. The room was clean, the bed was small, but comfortable. The hotel did not smell musty like other ones we've been to. The young man working the front desk the nights we were there was so friendly and helpful. I wish we could say the same for the morning staff. Saturday morning we went to leave for breakfast and before we could get to the front door of the lobby, we already smelled marijuana. When we opened the front door it got is full force. On the benches by the door sat the girl from the front desk and someone from housekeeping. The staff awesome... Can actually understand them when they talk. Very friendly. Very clean rooms.. Clean sheets and towels. Nice area. Definitely recommend. Definitely be back.

Booked for two nights. Walked in the entrance smelled like cigarettes! Got our room key went to first room smelled like mold and had roaches on bed and walls. Was given a second room it was clean bed was super uncomfortable and pillows were flat! No hair dryer no coffee. Full fridge full microwave. Checked out a day early.
