WoodSpring Suites Greenville Simpsonville

I’ve been staying at WoodSpring long term, and I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Amina and Darrell are absolutely wonderful, they always go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and welcome. They check in on you, treat you with kindness, and honestly have become like a second family to me during my stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and feel like a real living space instead of just a temporary stop. I have two kids, and they don’t feel cramped or stuck in a hotel room at all they actually enjoy being here, which says a lot. If you’re looking for a place that feels safe, welcoming, and genuinely cared for, I highly recommend staying here.

Everybody is spectacular Jasmine,Darrell, and Kat have went above and beyond for me. They are kind, respectful and their hospitality is amazing. Thank you for a great experience I will be staying for a very long time! I’ve never had a problem with them or the buildings cleanliness.

I checked into WoodSpring Suites in Simpsonville, South Carolina expecting a quiet, simple stay—nothing fancy, just clean and comfortable. What I walked into felt more like stepping into a strange little novel I hadn’t meant to open. The first chapter began in the parking lot. Before I even reached the front door, the air was already thick with the unmistakable smell of marijuana. The scent followed me inside, lingering in the halls like a ghost that refused to move on. It didn’t matter what time of day it was—the smell stayed, woven into the carpet and the walls. Then came the room. At first it looked fine—neutral colors, bright lighting—but smells tell the real truth of a place. The room had a sharp lemon-cleaner scent that tried very hard to cover something else. Overall for the money it is good. I wish the rooms were cleaned weekly and on time. It would be much nicer if the room had a recliner or small sofa to sit on while watching TV. There were some members of the staff that were exceptional but not all. Thanks , [Review collected by TrustYou]

I had made a booking for this location and paid for my booking for the room, upon booking I had came in to check in and no one was available for the front and was presented with a number to call for “after hours” and had not received a answer nor did they have any voicemail set up. Then a gentlemen had came to the door with no identification of me knowing if he worked at the hotel letting me know that all the rooms are filled up, mind you I paid for a booking and was not contacted or told they already filled their rooms. I the requested a refund for a room that I never received and was denied even after i had spoke with someone after calling multiple times confirming they were gonna request a refund to later get an email saying they rejected my “cancellation” and won’t proceed further.
