FAIRVIEW INN & SUITES OF SIMPSONVILLE, S.C

For the price you pay, it's not that bad. You get what you see. Staff is normally friendly and know how to do their job. I've stayed here several times and never felt unsafe. However the wifi NEVER works or jumps on and off and the room does not come with toiletries so don't forget to bring yours lol. The biggest plus side is I haven't seen any bugs any time I've stayed and its in a convenient location.

When the new owners first took over iT was good but stayed there last weekend no toilet paper in room had to go ask for it. There was wax all over and inside the microwave and huge spider webs come on like that will be out if business soon u can do better. That's stickers on headboard

Awesome , friendly staff rooms have wonderful space and amenities. Always has the best stay when there . If in Simpsonville I highly recommend, if looking for a relaxing experience with out hassle and problems go to Fairview Inn and Suites of Simpsonville and you will experience the classy stay and enjoy your experience. Manger is always willing to make it better for you. A-1 staff

This place has came along way. The housekeeping is awesome, they are friendly and you can tell the management/ owners care about the staff and guest a don't put up with bull from guest who wanna show out. The rooms are clean and this is where you say never judge a book by it's cover. The pricing is great. Keep up the good work.

Once my team visited and stay there for a night. There is a worst service given by Manager. AC and WIFI was not working properly when I same complained to manager, he did not responded me even he told me this is the service only if you want to leave you can. Also I asked the owner number for the same and he abused me and behaved rudely. I request you to don't go there without prior checking the rooms as well as the Manger behavior
