Big Shoutout to Veronica for the most amazing hospitality! After a mess with the airport and my flight she got me a wonderful room late at night and was the best breath of fresh air all day! 10/10 highly recommend!

The most welcoming office staff was there to help make our move back into the United States a great experience. We had been abroad for a few years and the office staff helped us learn about the area and kept updated on our search for a rental home. We were there for two weeks and the place was always clean, quiet and nice. They showed us the extent that they go to in order to assure that the rooms are cleaned thoroughly. Onsite laundry was great, people were always friendly, and was great to be welcomed 'home' by the amazing staff. Couldn't say better things. [Review collected by TrustYou]

Positive: location to Roanoke Negative: Hot & cold water faucets in sink were mislabeled, the light bulb over the desk was out, the window was opening when I arrived, there was only one wash cloth, the toilet had stains, there was no bedside lamp

If you’re looking for a cheap option, it’s all right. There was ants in my room and I thought there would be toiletries like every other hotel but there was just hand soap. The blanket situation was also not great. There’s only a paperthin blanket and a sheet.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in! It was dirty, the phone didn’t work, they won’t bring you TP but they will let you come get a roll. They won’t bring you any extra towels one small thin stained towel per person and you have to pay to go wash them yourself. The Mattress is the worst part, you can feel every spring. It’s basically springs with a layer of fabric over it. The elevators, halls and rooms smell bad and the hall carpets are stained badly. Other hotels in the area are not much more to stay at and way nicer. Do not stay here!
