Positive: Nothing Negative: The staff called and canceled my room for no reason. When I called to ask why, they wouldn't answer the phone. Made another reservation with them. Arrived to check in and no one came to the front desk until 20 minutes later. She was clueless.

My partner and I had booked our rooms online as we were travelling for business. After a long drive and arriving tired and ready to settle in, we were checked in and on our way to the room. ||||When we opened the door we both noticed a very strong chemical smell coming from the room. We flipped open the door and cockroaches scattered everywhere!!! We immediately closed the door and went to the front desk to tell them we would not be staying in that room and wanted a refund because there was cockroaches. The front desk receptionist was friendly but explained that the manager would not be in until that Monday or at least they had hoped. Apparently, they were going through a change in management. I have been here for almost 2 weeks now. The staff is pretty great. Carla and Ron are always working. They are there to take care of any issues anyone may have. I have enjoyed my stay here so far. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, that's in your price range. Then come check it out.

This is a cheap extended stay hotel but not really. It's very cheap. Expect to buy your own cleaner and supplies. Don't expect there to be any kind of service of any sort that's done with hospitality. However, the rooms are fairly decent rate and the location is phenomenal.

Moving to Davenport, Iowa, I got to witness a standoff almost got shot completely discriminated against having to deal with children, running around, barefoot on supervised hanging out in the lobby and harassing customers and then when I finally decided to record the incident as an experience as I was being treated by customer service I was trespassed. There are roaches and unserved the individuals that live in the building and take priority over travelers and people who are expecting to be treated as if it was any other hotel you’ve ever been to in your life.
