WoodSpring Suites Clarksville Ft Campbell

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Eric and Gil are always friendly, welcoming, and have the best attitudes. They truly go above and beyond to make sure customers get the best deals possible, which I really appreciate. The rooms are consistently clean and well kept, making the stay comfortable every time. The only downside is that AT&T doesn’t get service there at all, so just be prepared for that and plan accordingly. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

The manger is rude, and the front desk girl was never there when i needed something. I noticed her leaving a couple of customers rooms, same ones every time,red faced and out of breath.||Very hard to get help when I needed it.

During my stay, I observed what appeared to be the new general manager behaving unprofessionally toward both guests and staff. On multiple occasions, she spoke to employees in a disrespectful manner and displayed an attitude toward guests that felt dismissive and rude. She was frequently on her phone while interacting with others. This behavior was noticeable and detracted from the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The staff appeared uncomfortable, which impacted the guest experience. Edit to add the reservation was not under my name. I was visiting someone staying at that hotel. I do not feel comfortable giving out their information as they are still there

Not very clean facility. Stayed for a month and a half and never saw housekeeping. Went and purchased my own vacuum and cleaning supplies. Put towel on ground to step out on to from shower. Picked up and the white towel was brown. So many strange odors. The hotel smelled like marijuana most of the time. Still staying in town for another 2 months but couldnt take it anymore and found another hotel. I understand the hotel was going through rennovations so my expectations were pretty low. I loved that my reciept shows charges for linen changes while no one ever set foot in my room. I ended up using my own blankets and towels. Overall was really disappointed. A great place to stay! Staff are amazing!! The manager, Eric is friendly and knowledgeable and will go out of his way to make your stay here great! I highly recommend you stay here if you ever visit Clarksville. A+
