Courtyard by Marriott Clarksville

The stay is ok, but for the premium cost we could have gotten a better overall experience at Best Western or Holiday Inn….The gym was serviceable but felt and looked like a prison yard offering. The lighting in the rooms is minimally serviceable but leaves horrible shadows and is very localized, the HVAC is primitive but did function and there was at least one outlet in an accessible location.

Do not waste your money on this hotel! This hotel is very unsanitary and dirty. Dead bugs everywhere, no hot water, was over charged not only once but twice. Pool was very dirty and cold. It was dead of winter and they had air conditioning on at full blast in pool room. Had rooms for 2 nights hotel was so nasty only stayed for 1 night and was charged for 3 nights! Workers are not kind and clearly are out to steal money from hotel guests thinking they won't check! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE! 0/10

Positive: Clean Hotel night time staff friendly Negative: Morning staff not friendly. The two female staff in 4 days of my stay never said a thing when you came in and out. When I went to check out the one never even looked up. And the one I had to say excuse me I would like to check out.

Generally good experience. Hotel was clean and room was clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. No breakfast offered on site. Free coffee available all day. I would stay here again, but prefer hotels that offer some kind of breakfast on site.

Katya was amazing! Had a few issues with the room but she was up to fix it in a flash! She was apologetic, sweet, and hard working. Thanks for being awesome!
