La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Clarksville

We had a great relaxing time in the hot tub and pool. Went to breakfast and was greeted by such a sweet ,groovy attendant who was so helpful and friendly. He just added that much more to our stay. Beds were so comfortable and just an overall very clean hotel. We will definitely be stopping again on our way through and back from Florida every time!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is welcoming, friendly and clean. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was good and the kitchen man was extremely kind and friendly. ||Our only issue was this morning with the gal at the front counter. The eating area TV was very loud. We asked if it could be turned down. We also asked if she would please switch the station to a weather channel. We were traveling to the Midwest and we heard there were severe weather advisories with freezing rain so we wanted to get an idea of what we would be traveling into. She was rather rude to us about it and would not change the channel, nor turn down the TV. Other than that we had a great stay.

Positive: The associate who checked me in was efficient and understanding, He got me checked in and gave my daughter a snack bag. Stuff like that goes a long way. The location was perfect, not too far off the highway and there were alot of places to eat. Negative: ""

(review by wife) Clean room. Jodi front desk was wonderful and so helpful. Safe easy parking. Tasty complimentary breakfast. Great cable. Good value. I have severe allergies to cleaning scents & Jodi went above and beyond to make sure that the room was clean but wasn't overly scented so that I could have a safe enjoyable stay, she really went above and beyond to help us. There were no bugs & everything was clean. And I was nervous staying in a hotel because it had been several years since we had done so & we had our dog, but it was a nice experience overall. Would highly recommend.

Wow, I am impressed! What a great location but the team members are what really make the difference. From the fast, efficient checkin to the great breakfast service, this hotel understands customer service. A special callout to Earl who tracked us down to return an item left behind.
