This hotel is by far one of the worst I've ever stayed at!!!! The staff that they have could honestly be a lot better if they actually had a GM that managed them. She is definitely not meant to be in the position she's in. I can honestly say that the only reason she even has the job is because the hotel is just such a hot mess that they don't really care who the GM is as long as they have someone there. There's roaches everywhere even in the elevator. The carpet just needs to be taken out. There is so much dog poop everywhere there is grass I went to walk across the street to the smoke shop and I stepped into some and I said something about it and her response was I can say something everyday but it does no good. Well that's when you post notice that if guests that have dogs if they do not

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. It's very dirty. There was pee in and on the toilet when we arrived so it clearly was not cleaned. There were many roaches, both dead and alive. There was mold in the kitchen drawer and under the sink. The hallways and rooms smell like weed and dirty wet dog. The manager Stacey is extremely rude and unprofessional. The lock on the door was broken. The amenities they listed such as coffee makers, irons and hairdryer were unavailable. They only have housekeeping on staff twice a week. Most of the people staying there actually live there. The police arrested someone there right after we checked in. It's more like a homeless shelter than a hotel. New to the state of ohio starting a life here and tbh wonderful workers and friendly as well. Anything I ask for they give and do it with a smile. Been here almost a month and consider the staff my new family. Big shout out to Moriah at the front desk always greeted me when I got off work and looked out for me. Shout out to all the housekeepers tland maintenance men for keeping the room clean and up to date with the heaters and tv channels. Corporate should really look into upgrading this place to bring in more guest
