Hampton Inn Cincinnati-Northwest/Fairfield

We chosen this hotel with a pool for our kids and we got there and it was of course closed for maintenance. There was no hot water. So cold showers were our only option. Rooms were fairly cleaned. The room setup was a little tight.

I would not recommend staying at this location. Do not book online as they will scam you despite their advertisement of “free cancellation up until ___x___ date.” I was charged a booking fee despite talking to a representative to have my room re-booked at a different location and notifying them to cancel the other reservation because there were no rooms available. I was unable to get ahold of management and their handling of the incident was unprofessional. I recommend you take your money elsewhere as the customer service was the worst part of my experience with this company. In response to the owner’s claims, I booked this hotel (Hampton Inn Cincy) on 2/11/26, the reservation was set for the 15-16th in error. I called the morning of 2/12/26 (I had up until 2/13 at 11:59 per your website)

very enjoyable stay. clean, comfortable, quiet. Vinny and front desk staff were wonderful. Little things like free cookies and water were a nice touch. Breakfast in morning had a variety of selections.Will stay here again!

Positive: The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming at this hotel. Each staff member we encountered went out of his/her way to make us feel important and well taken care of. Negative: The air conditioner for our room broke during the middle of the night. Although our sleep was interrupted, the staff remedied the situation as soon as they could, assigning us a new room.

We were attending a funeral and stayed at the hotel for two nights. We arrived way earlier than anticipated and were able to do an early check in so we could rest a few hours before the funeral. Paul and Vinny were very helpful and made our stay less stressful. Breakfast offered great choices. The hotel is located near several restaurants, a grocery store and the interstate for easy access.
