InTown Suites Extended Stay Cincinnati OH - Fairfield

Here's my breakdown. The brother or young black male that works there is very professional and heads up heeding. The older black woman though with blonde hair hair and glasses is very disrespectful and seems to thrive in multitasking and lacking of people skills. Requires validation to cover herself when being held accountable. My room in 350 on th3 3rd floor was comfortable except for the bathrooms. Shower has been leaking and running nonstop the inside of the toilet had a plastic fork sitting on the hose and the toilet and cold water pipe on the sink act like they have minds of their own. Running water at will without prevention. Last but not least I asked prematurely to pay on my stay for another weeks worth and was told many different things that didn't help me be able to keep my room

I reserved a room, not once, but twice. The first time they cancelled my reservation by mistake. The second time they have our room away. We never got to stay needless to say, which I am actually thankful for. The halls were dirty and smelled of smoke. They had numerous guests standing outside the door talking about getting high. The manager on site did not apologize for giving our room away, just said they will have another room with 2 beds in 2 days if I wanted to pay now. Will not attempt to stay again!

New guest. So far roooms were relatively clean based on price point i had lower expectations. Room smelt like smoke which i have addressed(ive wiped down hard surfaces with vinegar). Room had a broken chair i also addressed waiting on a fix. Toilet handle needs repairing as it runs after flushcin ive adjusted it a afe times. Bed is comfortable. Staff is friendlly and helpful. Common areas are clean and free of odors. Laundry is clean with machines upgraded. Rooms do need updated but its not unlike many hotels fo its age and style.Staff is very polite professional and helpful ffrom maintenance to housekpeeping and front desk

Not sure what happened to my reviews I put up, but here it goes again. The manager lisa at front desk is very professional, kind, and caring!! Soft spoken, goes through everything with you as your checking in!! Very very kind!! Her team, housekeeping, maintance are very respectful and kind as well! It is very clean and quiet! Every extended stay needs a lisa and team like hers! If you have to stay at an extended stay, intown suites would be your best one! 10/10! Hands down!! Kudos to lisa and her team!!

Never have I been treated so disrespectfully. I paid my room in time and in advance. I have contacted an attorney because the gentleman called me a white boy and told me to find another place to live because he couldn't accommodate me. All I wanted to do was pay for another week.And he told me to come back at three o'clock. I had waited for him for forty five minutes for him to walk out of the office , slammed the door and told me to come back in three hours. Please think twice before you enter this location. Very rude and disrespectful. I am in the customer service industry so I understand the importance of the guest.... They need to work on that here.
