Absolutely Exceptional Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The room was spotless—cleanliness was clearly a top priority here. Fresh linens, perfectly maintained bathrooms, and not a speck of dust in sight. It honestly felt like I was the first person to ever stay in the room. Everything was well-organized and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. Listen to the negative reviews. I fractured my finger due to the poorly placed cabinets in the kitchen area; my fingers were horribly squished. I went to the doctor about 3 weeks after my stay because it was still hurting, and they confirmed the fracture. My bed was lopsided and made noise the entire time. The person in the room next to me had their alarm clock going off for an hour at 4 am. They have no front desk at these hours, so I had to stand in the cold vestibule for 15 minutes (it was below 0 degrees) talking to Jennifer who was the after hours site person. She had poor comprehension skills and was incredibly rude and dismissive. Even when I told her that my phone, which was in an accessible room, did not work. That is a catastrophe waiting to happen. I was caught between giving 3-4 stars. I've been in some pretty bad hotels so this place is great in comparison. This is a nice hotel overall but there's def some bs involved- they make you sign some paperwork before you check-in agreeing to some conditions, one of them being that housekeeping is *required* once a week when staying here. In reality they show up "once every two weeks" according to the desk (but in reality they don't ever show up). Why do they so blatantly go back on their own contract/agreement?||||All of the people that worked at the desk were friendly, everything out in the lobby was well cleaned.
