Omni Interlocken Hotel

This hotel was so amazing! The company my husband works for had their event there and it was all around a great experience! The restaurants were great, the customer service was absolutely AMAZING (always greeted me with a huge smile when I came through the front door, and the room was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious!! The surrounding areas of the hotel were amazing. They have 2 pools and a hot tug. There were cool seating areas outside with heat lamps above and a gas fire pit to cozy up to. We came with my service dog who is a German shepherd, and they were always happy to see him and complimented his well trained behavior. There’s lots of restaurants close by, a Walmart, and a mall! The Omni is a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. I was there for a holiday event. While the hotel and stay were nice, I fell on a patch of ice outside the hotel's front door. I notified the front desk and was simply given an apology. No one ever checked to see how I was doing or if I was okay. No report was even taken. I expected better service/hospitality.

We were warmly greeted immediately upon arrival, and Liz and Clayton were both incredibly kind. Their customer service was excellent and truly set the tone for our stay. Ordering room service from the room was very easy, and the staff who delivered our food were just as friendly. We especially enjoyed the burger and ice cream both were delicious. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. We had a Mountain View room, and waking up to that breathtaking view each morning was unforgettable. What stood out to us the most was the friendliness of all the staff, the extremely comfortable bed that had us falling asleep instantly, and the bathroom mirror that didn’t fog up after showering such a thoughtful and convenient touch! We stayed here for our anniversary and we had a great experience. The room was pretty nice, my only complaint was I thought the shower head was too short. I am 6ft tall and I had to bend way down to get water on my head, but other than that it was nice. We had an unexpected surprise room service visit; we had mentioned when we checked in that we were celebrating our anniversary, and they brought us a beautiful chocolate assortment and a small bottle of sparkling wine. It really made the stay much more memorable. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Omni.
