DISGUSTING!!!! DO NOT LET THEM BOOK YOU HERE!!,,, FLOP HOUSE being misrepresented as a comfortable, clean and inexpensive hotel to get a good nights sleep in. You will be too afraid to sleep..not only because of the scary neighborhood and people, but the room is smelly, the bedding is so old and stained you won’t get in it. We got NO sleep, tried to doze off fully clothed but could not. It was late, we booked through the reservation line…don’t get sucked in….it is awful! I would give a negative 1 million if I could.

Full.of cockroaches,, staff has cs service skills of a 2nd grader. The new dark haired mgr if a D+ at best at getting things done, there motto is it's not our fault if you don't like it, get out, and beware, if you check out by 11am, they will delay checking you out till 1101am to charge another day that comes out of your deposit. A lawsuit is coming and the company running this hotel is j&p assets. That's who you go after

The front desk and staff are very accommodating and friendly. Check in was super easy and the location by the highway is convenient but there aren't any places to eat nearby which was not convenient especially if come in late at night but not a big deal. Unfortunately the rooms is what's bringing this score down. Upon entering, there was a weird smell. I thought maybe it was just the cleaner they used? I would have preferred a bleach smell honestly. at least I know it's been scrubbed down. The floors were filthy and there was mice shit in the bathroom sink. The bed looked clean but apprehensive to sleep on it after seeing the mice shit. Other patrons were loud, had to bang on the wall to get them to shut up. I guess that's why the price was so low - you get what you pay for

Please I have asked several times and begged your house cleaning ladies to just sweep and change my sheets and comforter and i can't get it done I know your short handed but hire more help its not lime your rooms are not almost always full and I know you said every 2 weeks that you would clean rooms but I've been here now a month and nothing has been done, do I not need to pay for my room again until you clean it ive done everything you have asked but your not doing wat you said, so we will see in morning if it gets done. And its pretty gross that bugs are everywhere in my room and even crawling on the counter at the front desk when people were checking in, that's just not right.
