Customer Reviews
Positive: Absolutely disappointed. See description below. Also, smoke alarm was wrapped in plastic. I did not feel safe. I have photos of my concerns. Negative: I could not park in the front-loading area as there was construction equipment blocking the area. My room was a disaster. The floorboards were coming up, mold on shower, dirty curtains. Construction mess down the hall, carpet stained and filthy.
Under serious renovation. Raining on arrival, couldn’t use covered entry as construction materials were stored there, got soaked. Hallways dingy, carpets worn and dirty. Reserved a king bed online, but not available when we checked in. Rooms seem nicely renovated, EXCEPT the new flooring has already pulled loose over large areas of the floor, and not yet repaired, serious trip hazard, unable to assign another room because they’re all this way. Shower may not have been renovated. Beds seem fine. Staff is friendly but the facility constrains their ability to serve customers’ needs. Kitchen for breakfast is not renovated. Breakfast is as expected for a low end motel.||||No shuttle. No pool. Any claims otherwise are lies as of 26 Aug 2025.||||Many reviews are 10/10. That’s a lie. 4/10 for faci
Newly renovated hotel rooms are nice and clean. Very comfortable beds. I stayed 1 nite and was very satisfied with my stay to include great customer service by Ms. April at the front desk she was very professional and sweet. Coffee and Hot Breakfast was great! Thank you ☺️
Great staff, nice clean rooms that have been updated nicely since I stayed at this location previously. My previous stay was before the name of this place was changed. The king room I had was nice, however, it was just too small for the price I paid. The sliding door to the shower/toilet area was not a good choice for this type of situation, it made the sleeping area feel like the bed and bathroom facilities were all in the same room in my opinion.
Nice place to stay. Deseree is probably the nicest manager I have ever worked with in all my years of traveling for business. They are in the process of remodeling so the facility and rooms were not totally complete. All staff were very nice as well.
