had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to Tatiana at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She efficiently handled my check-in and answered all my questions about local attractions and transportation. What really stood out was Tatiana's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. When I needed assistance with a minor issue in my room, she promptly arranged for it to be resolved. Her friendly and professional demeanor made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, Tatiana's exceptional service significantly enhanced my stay. I highly recommend and hope you have the pleasure of interacting with Tatiana during your visit. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable!"

Very filthy hotel. ||Windows are so thin I could hear everything was going on outside even from a higher floor. ||Hairs on the comforter and gross stuff on walls and ceilings. ||Desk hasn’t even been wiped. Read about a lot of cockroaches and totally believe it, after I seen how dirty the place is. ||Smell of hallways and rooms was awful. ||Toilet kept knocking all night and was very loud. ||AC/heating unit unplugged and when I plugged it in it was extremely loud, didn’t feel safe so had to unplug it again and slept in the cold. ||Walls so thin that I kept hearing the person next door yawn. ||On the plus side, the hostess was very nice, I got there after hours and she was nice and welcoming. ||Overall do not recommend, this place definitely needs a lot of improvement.

Upon arrival, myself and two other guests checking in, waited about 15-20 minutes before being helped. I called the desk phone a few times as I stood and waited. When they finally did get to the desk the manager said they had room inspections going on but did not apologize for our wait. She then asked me why I didn't pick up the phone on the opposite wall from the check in desk and dial the #500 emergency number. First of all my back was facing that wall while I waited almost 20 minutes. Not to mention, how would I even know to call an emergency number. When I got to the room there was not one towel so I had to go down and ask for some. The toilet had pubic hairs on it. Both of my keys did not work the second day of my stay so I had to go down and get more remade. I'm from out of town and

Being away from home can be lonely and having to travel a lot can be dreadful. Now having said that, I would like to thank Crystal and Titanna for their outstanding service and making my stay at Woodspring feel like a home away from home going above and beyond. These 2 women showed exemplary character and dedication to their positions. I will be staying here on all my travels through Abilene!!!! Thank you ladies.

My experience at this Woodspring Suites in Abilene was extremely disappointing. The staff member at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout my stay. Instead of communicating respectfully, she talked down to me and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I was charged an unexpected $50 fee with the explanation that I “didn’t clean the room,” even though I followed normal hotel checkout standards. I have never stayed at a hotel where guests are expected to clean the room before leaving — that is the hotel’s responsibility. The charge felt unfair and not properly explained. Hotels should treat guests with respect, provide clear policies up front, and not add surprise charges after checkout. I would not recommend this location to anyone un
