Amazing RV Park with Even Better Owners! We are having an incredible stay at this RV park! The location is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained, but what really made it stand out were the owners. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable—from the moment we pulled in! You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in the park. Whether it’s offering local tips, helping with hookups, or just stopping by to say hello, they are always friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a spot that feels like home and is run by truly awesome people, this is it. Highly recommend

One of the absolute best pet friendly RV parks I have ever lived in. Well maintained and very clean amenities; clubhouse, laundry room and pool. The lots are very spacious and set apart from each other, giving you ample space. Super caring and friendly owners that will work with you and your ideas you may have to make your space your home. Friendly neighbors too. If you're looking for a spacious, quiet and clean park to live in part-time or full-time, this RV park is highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

Hubby was on a job & we stayed here Aug until the end of February and I miss it. Punky and his wife are absolutely wonderful and do everything they can to make sure your happy. We were lucky enough to get a tree covered spot with a small fenced yard. It was nice to be able to let my dog have a little freedom sometimes. They are working hard on the rv park and are making great progress. If we ever come back to the Rockport area this park will be the first I call.

Nice lots with shade, new owner is new to rv parks but is learning. Improvements are coming along nicely, the pool should be open in another month or so

Literally had to cut limbs ourselves to get in our spot the electric is outrageous probably bc they need to maintenance the equipment bc while we were there for 2months and 11days our light bill was almost $300 each month our hot water heater died one neighbor replaced the breaker twice and the guy across from us couldn’t get any of his appliances to work correctly. They are not a kid friendly park but i kept mine in the back out of site out of mind. Wouldn’t come back ever. Do not suggest!!!
