Winter Paradise RV Resort

Winter Paradise is full, and I mean full of stray cats! A lot of dog owners in there do not clean up after their pets. I was unfortunately next to lot #47..a woman and her daughter whom have 2 dogs that they would let use the bathroom in my yard without cleaning it up. I spoke with them once on it and then I went to the office whom apparently sent them a letter and I also put up a small short fence but the problem got much worse as it seems they must of been angered by the letter and were purposely placing dog feces in my yard and they got a vehicle and leave all hours of the night and slam all the car doors 12-15 times and talk loud to each other at 12, 1, 2 am when most ppl r trying to sleep. These particular people obviously do not want neighbors and think they own the place. Very very

Staff were nice and park was clean. We were impressed with the clubhouse, laundry facilities, pool, and remodeled bath house in back. Prices are reasonable for the area. Clearwater Beach and Tampa airport were about 50 minutes away.|Service: 5/5 | Location: 4/5

We bought a place and rules change all the time. They are not consistent with who they enforce rules on. They keep changing management. Price is low but you get what you pay for.

I live here in park in my rv and best prices in area and quite . .ay hear kids playing but it's a joy 😊

It was good in the beginning then I was sitting on a comfortable chair and on two occasions the manager came up with others in the room yelling at me cause my eyes were closed cause I was resting them and accused me of sleeping, a threatened me to ban me from the recreation room where you play pool. Then the other kids in the park has very potty mouths and our dirty laundry was in bags tied up to go to the laundry mat and they were stolen.
