Gulf Breeze RV Park

We just purchased a park model in the Hudson park. We are from Minnesota Absolutely love it so far All the residents we have met are great the pool is awesome and the manager Peter is very knowledgeable and helpful Thank you everyone for the warm welcome!

It's expensive for what you get. Most of the machines do not work in the laundry room and have not for over a year now. The ones that do work seem like people wash trash in because they are disgusting. The power and water shuts off to the park randomly and for no reason. The owners up the rent every other month it seems like and a bunch of random people wander the neighborhood despite having a gate that dose not work and makes it difficult to get you vehicles and rv in and out of the park. The clubhouse is empty and useless. Nobody maintains the trees on the property so when storms come there is a big fear that a tree will come down. The park has gotten really empty on account of everyone moving and selling to get out. Unfortunately we are under 55 years old wich makes it impossible to fi

Old manager lyn was so rude and nasty the way she treated people I'm surprised anyone would live here, but now that she is gone the atmosphere here is a whole lot better with the new management yes the lot rent went up quite a bit but they are improving the place. I was going to move and sell but I'm not going anywhere now

Many uneven sites and after having some issues we were moved to a different spot with great customer service. The new owners are very approachable and truly want your stay to be memorable!! The pool was not heated, but felt great after working in the sun all day!!

This is a little hidden gem in Hudson! My son was purchasing his first home and fell across this park. Peter and Meghan were amazing! Welcomed us from the first day and answered all my 1000 questions- what can I say I’m a mom! The park is clean and quiet. All the residents care about each other and it shows! So hard to find an all age park that is also pet friendly! So happy with his decision to purchase within this park! Highly recommend if you’re looking for your next home! If I didn’t already own a home right down the road this would be the park for me! We are honestly considering it for my mom to move south! 💕💕
