Three Lakes

Been living here for the past 2 1/2 years with my kiddos. Beautiful resort, well kept and great staff. Fun activities for kids and adults, and great amenities. Public school buses pick kids up in front of the neighborhood. Nice sized lots with pretty landscaping and large storage sheds. Wish they had a playground and that kids were allowed to jump in the pool, but other than that we love it here.

Stayed here for a few months, gave a 30 day notice and they wouldn’t pro rate monthly rent which was a waste of money ($300+). Very clean and quiet, management was pretty good. Outside the gates there’s just not much going on. Seems like a good place for northern folks to come hide from the cold and hang out.

Three lakes is the best. We just returned from a 3month stay in one of their cottages. On arrival in Feb when we entered through the gate we noticed how clean and well landscaped the park was. We were given a warm greeting at the office.The 2 Donnas were so friendly. Donna 2 explained all the features of the park and made us feel soo welcome. When we entered our unit we were soo happy.It was bright and spotless thanks to our lovely housekeeper Anna. During our stay we also met Wayne who worked diligently in maintenance with others to keep the park clean and the landscape was very well maintained. We have been snowbirds in this area for 18 years. Not a bad park at all! Quiet and they allow fishing.

We have lived here full time since 2020. The first two years we were in our travel trailer and we loved it so much we bought a park model. The park is beautifully maintained, management and staff are amazing and we love the amenities. This is the nicest park in this area and the rates are very reasonable. We are happy that we made our forever home here and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.
